Refund and Returns Policy


At Kreliarf we strive to deliver high-quality products and ensure customer satisfaction. However, if you receive a product that is seriously damaged, we are here to help.


1. Eligibility for Return

We accept returns only in the case of serious or visible damage to the product.

To qualify for a return, you must provide the following:

  • Parcel opening video from the moment you receive the package
    (The video must clearly show the package being opened without any cuts or pauses.)

If no parcel opening video is provided, we will not be able to process your return or refund.


2. Return Process

If your product meets the return criteria:

  1. Contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery.

  2. Share the parcel opening video and images of the damage.

  3. Once approved by our team, we will provide instructions for returning the product.

  4. The item must be returned in its original packaging and unused condition.


3. Refund Policy

  • After the returned product is received and inspected, we will confirm the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to the same bank account / UPI / payment method used during the purchase.

  • Refunds may take 3–7 working days to reflect, depending on your bank.


4. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Products without parcel opening video

  • Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery

  • Used or worn items

  • Minor color variations due to lighting or screen difference

  • Personalized or custom-made items (if applicable)
